Be it enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Portville as follows:
As of January 26, 1996, the annual fee for each dog license, pursuant to Article 7 of the New
York State Agricultural and Markets Law entitled :Licensing, Identification and Control of Dog", is
hereby determined to be:
Two Dollars and Fifty Cents ($2.50) for each spayed and neutered dog.
Ten Dollars and Fifty Centers ($10.50) for each unspayed and unneutered dog.
These fees will change upon passage of any state legislation which alters dog licensing fees
without further action by the Town Board.
