Be it enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Portville as follows:
The annual fee for each dog license pursuant to Article 7 of the New York State Agricultural and
Markets Law entitled "Licensing, Identification and control of dogs is hereby determined to be:
(A) Three Dollars and fifty cents for each spayed or neutered dog;
(B) Eight Dollars and fifty cents for each unspayed or unneutered dog.
All other fees as established by Article 7 of the Agricultural Markets Law shall remain uneffected
by this Local Law.
