Be it enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Portville as follows:
SECTION 1
Pursuant to the authority of subdivision 4 of section 458-a of the Real Property Tax Law, the Town
of Portville elects not to have the exemption of such Section 458-a apply to the Town of Portville.
SECTION 2
This local Law shall take effect immediately upon filing in the Office of the Secretary of State.
